Many other hybrid mattresses on the market combine ordinary memory foam with traditional metal innersprings. Tempur-Pedic®’s hybrids are like no other because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR-Material™ to deliver exceptional body-conforming pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR-Material™ (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic® mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
