We stand behind the quality of our products and we design them to give you great sleep for years to come. However, we realize that despite our highest quality standards, sometimes unexpected product issues can occur. To protect your purchase against manufacturer's defects, we include a limited warranty with most of our products. You can read the full text of your product's warranty here.

Purchase Documents

Please keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to further reinforce the warranty you received with your new product(s).

3. Allow 7-10 business days for claim review

4. Receive your warranty status confirmation


What You'll Need to File a Mattress Warranty Claim

Bed Frame & Base Information

To process your claim, we need detailed information about the base or foundation you use with your mattress. Please provide images of your current bed furniture and foundation and be prepared to describe whether it's a metal frame, wooden side-rail bed, power base, or flat foundation.

Mattress Information

We'll also need the Registry Number and Manufacturing Date of your mattress. This information is listed on the mattress's law tag, which may be located underneath the zippered cover on the mattress. Photos of the mattress itself are also required, even if the issue with your mattress isn't visible.

Purchase Receipt

A digital copy of your original receipt is required unless you purchased your item directly from Tempur-Pedic through our website, on the phone with a Sleep Expert, or in one of our Flagship Stores — or you already registered your product with us online.
