A recent study has shown that the sensors used with Sleeptracker®-AI technology built into our Smart Base have the high degree of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in estimating sleep continuity measures and sleep architecture. Stanford’s Division of Sleep Medicine, Fullpower Technologies, and the Permanente Medical Group conducted a study into the accuracy of Tempur-Pedic’s Sleeptracker-AI® sensors and data. Fullpower Technologies and Dr. Clete A. Kushida, the principal surveyor of this study, sat down to discuss the results.

Dr. Kushida’s medical background made him an excellent surveyor of the Sleeptracker®-AI study. He is a Stanford Professor, a neurologist and has conducted basic and clinical sleep research since 1977. He has served as Principal Investigator for numerous federally and industry-sponsored studies. He and his team are sleep-study experts, whose experience helped to ensure verifiable and thorough research into Tempur-Pedic’s Sleeptracker®- AI technology.
