I wanted to take a moment to pass along compliments to two of your associates.
A few weeks ago, my husband and I stopped into your Tysons Corner store looking for a pillow. He suffers from migraines and the doctor suggested a good pillow. We were very fortunate that Shawn Bascom was working that night. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the various pillows, explaining the differences, and showing us the proper ways to use the pillows. He was not pressuring us to buy anything. We ended up buying a pillow and have been very pleased with it. His suggestion was spot on.
Today we stopped by the store and got lucky again as we were introduced to Mary Workman. We stopped in for a pillow for me and like Shawn, she was excellent. She also showed us the mattress top which we ended up buying along with a pillow. Mary was very sweet as she showed me the various pillows and explained what she thought would work best for me. When she showed us the mattress topper, we were sold!

I found the experience amazing. The staff is very helpful and patient. Chandra was great. I feel as if she really knows the product and knows how to make a customer feel very special. We had a Tempur-pedic since 2002 and wanted to upgrade to adjustable beds. She understood that we loved our old mattress and helped us find mattresses that worked for us.
