We try to make our delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery of your product as you are with the product itself.

Free Standard Shipping

  • The TEMPUR-Cloud® Mattress ships for free via UPS ground, typically arriving in 5-7 business days to locations in the contiguous US.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories

  • Currently, we do not ship TEMPUR-Cloud® Mattress to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-contiguous US territories.

Special Shipping (remote locations, APO/FPO addresses)

  • Currently, we do not ship TEMPUR-Cloud® Mattress to remote locations or APO/AFO addresses.

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, 93% of owners are satisfied with their Tempur-Pedic mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90 Night Tryout. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at 1-833-502-5683. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10 Year Limited Warranty on mattresses.


We believe in the quality of our products and we build them to last for years. Still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. To protect you against defects, we include a limited warranty with most of our products. You can read the full text of your warranty below.

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product.

What You’ll Need to File a Warranty Claim

  • Purchase Receipt (copy)

Required unless purchased direct from Tempur-Pedic and registered with us.

  • Bed Frame and Foundation Information

Are you using a metal frame, wooden side-rail bed, power base or platform base

  • Registry Number and Manufacturing Date

Located on the mattress law tag, underneath the zip cover on the mattress

When You’re Ready to File

Once you have collected this required information, please file online or call us at 1-833-502-5683 to start the claim process. During the call, you’ll be instructed where to e-mail a copy of your receipt and photo of the warranty defect. For your warranty to be valid, your purchase must be from either an authorized Tempur-Pedic dealer or direct from Tempur-Pedic.
